Purpose and categories of personal data
As a client or potential client of LBP, we generally process your data in order to provide consulting services to you. It is based on entering into or fulfilling the agreement for services we have with you.
We will process personal data such as contact and professional information, including name, email address, telephone number, title, address and information about our business relationship. The legal basis for our processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Depending on the services we provide, we may also process sensitive data, cf. Article 9(2)(b) or (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, and/or information about criminal offences, cf. section 8(3) and (4) of the Danish Data Protection Act.
Recipients
In certain cases, we may disclose your information to our partners and suppliers, if required by the services, e.g. IT provider. These partners only process personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.
Third countries
LBP does not transfer your personal data to third countries (countries outside the EU/EEA) unless it is necessary in the specific case and we will secure compliant transfer.
Security
We have high standards of security, also when it comes to the protection of personal data and we are in compliance with the requirements for appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
Storage and deletion
We delete your personal data when we no longer need to process it to fulfil one or more of the purposes listed above or according to the legislation. Generally this will be for a period of 5 years after end of the services, according to Danish Bookkeeping Act. The information may also be processed and stored longer if anonymized.
Your rights
Right of access. You have the right to gain insight into the personal data that LBP processes about you.
Right to rectification. You have the right to have personal data about yourself corrected if it is incorrect or incomplete.
Right to restriction of processing. You have the right to have LBP's processing of your personal data restricted in certain cases.
Right to object. You have the right to object to LBPS' otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
Right to data portability. In certain cases, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided yourself in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or the right to have this personal data transferred to another data controller.
Right to deletion. In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before LBP's general deletion is carried out.
Complaint
If you disagree with the way we process your personal data or the purposes for which we process it, you are welcome to contact us. Changes and updates
We reserve the right to change this policy, e.g. in the event of new legislation, new technical solutions or new services.
