Mia Ra Nielsen, the founder of Legal Business Partner ApS, is a pragmatic and holistic legal generalist dedicated to serving as your trusted in-house legal advisor.
The primary goal is to have a positive impact as a legal business partner, focusing on facilitating business operations while upholding appropriate legal and compliance standards tailored to the risk profile of our clients.
With over 15 years of experience as an in-house counsel, Mia possesses the flexibility to address a wide range of legal, business, and strategic issues in a dynamic, global setting. She has extensive project management expertise in legal, compliance, and governance projects with a global impact. Additionally, Mia has firsthand knowledge of legal and business practices in the United States from expatriate assignments.
Her background features involvement in establishing the legal function as a global trusted advisor and serving as the Head of Legal for an international group of consulting firms in the life science industry.
